Educational games

Bacterial awareness: Engagement through
game play

The challenge

Pfizer wanted to raise awareness of antimicrobial resistance by educating attendees at events and exhibitions, targeting the general public, clients, or internal stakeholders.

The solution

We created an engaging video game, with an educational dimension. Based inside the human body, the user answers simple multiple-choice questions before they gain access to the game. The game included a live stream leader board for that country or event.

Functionality

  • Educating the Player

The user completes a quiz about microbes and antibiotics to gain additional game-play time. The questions can be suited to the audience, offering healthcare professionals and the public a learning experience

  • The experience

Stunning 3D motion graphics combined with gaming technology to create a truly heart-stopping experience

  • Fun Gameplay

The ‘Whack-a-Mole' game is easy and intuitive to use, but still requires skill and attention

  • Competitive

Users can post their scores onto national or event-based leaderboards in real-time, displayed at the event and on the internet

The outcome

Proving popular with conference delegates, exhibition visitors, and promotional bus tours for the general public, a further nine versions have been created covering countries across Europe and the Middle East.
