Finding the best and brightest graduates is essential for this leading investment bank, so Lighthouse were commissioned to create a kiosk-based graduate recruitment programme in an interactive CD-ROM format. It played a central role in the bank’s annual graduate road show, allowing students to fine-tune their search and speak directly to key people in the organisation.
